Patch Notes:
  • Added the Clan Update:
    • All the details are below!
  • Added a quick method to sell items to an NPC:
    • By simply clicking the item in your inventory, the items will automatically be placed into the NPC's 'Sell' space when the store window is open.
    • The number pad will show as normal for consumables and materials, but it will be prepopulated with the current stack amount.
  • Added new items to the Item Mall.
  • Added new achievements.
  • Edited Quest tracking:
    • Quest tracking has been updated (left is old, right is new):
    • We have made the objectives clearer to read, and now visually shows when you've completed part of the quest objective.
  • Edited the Journal to show key words, relevant to the quest's current objective, in different colours:
  • Edited and improved the descriptions and objectives of several quests.
  • Edited World Shouts:
    • The window in which you send a World Shout has been updated:
    • Coupons are now only consumed after successfully sending a World Shout.
    • A number of improvements to the client window and server-side logic have been made.
    • The window now shows a small list of rules, and a reminder to players that overall, our Terms of Service always applies to World Shouts.
    • These changes have been made in response to some players going far beyond the line as to what is and isn't acceptable.
  • Edited the Item Mall Set button to include all colour variations of the set.
  • Edited the Item Preview and Pet windows to always show the model with bright lighting, regardless of the zone or time of day.
  • Edited the icons of the Vital Water (XXL) and certain Summon Capsule items.
  • Edited the Corrupted Sun Backshield item:
    • The Level requirement of this item has been reduced to Level 200.
  • Edited the Solstice Wand item:
    • The Max MP 200 bonus stat has been changed to Charm 20.
  • Edited the Christmas Event:
    • Added new Christmas items.
    • Edited the lighting and fixed several graphical glitches with Snowflake Town.
    • Edited and improved the presentation and mechanics of certain Christmas quests.
    • Fixed the "Not a Leg to Stand On" quest not being completable if the user disconnected at a specific moment.
    • Increased the amount of Christmas Gift Bags rewarded from most Christmas quests.
  • Edited the Instance quests to show the user's remaining Soul Bottles as part of the quest tracking.
  • Edited the appearance of Reborn icons that display the number 6.
  • Fixed a bug where you could cause the mini-map to show on zones that block it.
  • Fixed a position desynchronization issue that could occur during combat.
  • Fixed the position of the Gem in the Elven Harp.
  • Fixed the appearance of the Yeti Hunter Capsule monster.
  • Fixed the Journal's tracking checkbox not being correct after a client restart for quests that had their tracking disabled.
  • Fixed the icon of the Herbal Medicine (L) item.
  • Fixed a bug where Duel requests could still be sent to a player who had you on their ignore list.
  • Fixed issues related to toggling the All chat filter on/off.
  • Fixed the System chat filter not working as intended.
  • Fixed the final "Learning to Drive" quest starting before the conversation with Mildun had ended.
  • Fixed the Hawk summon monster remaining completely stationary in certain circumstances.
  • Fixed the size of invisible walls in the Canyon City of Zant.
  • Fixed White Santa Beard item not being tradable.
  • Fixed the system chat not being visible for the smallest chat size.
  • Fixed the smallest chat window not having a text background.
  • Fixed the Blink skill not stopping the user's current action when used, which could cause visual issues.
  • Fixed a bug where the Party Master wouldn't be kicked from a party if their level was outside of the party range.
  • Fixed certain skills, such as Triple Shot, not causing the player to continue attacking in certain circumstances.
  • Increased the objective kill amount and experience reward of the "Tree Supplies" quest.
  • Increased the questitem pick up area of the "Healing Hands" and "Suspicious Researchers" quests.
  • Increased the size of the Memphis Spirit monsters.
  • Removed the Clan Beach and Clan House skills.
  • Removed the "Clan Beach Explorer" and "Clan House Explorer" player titles.
  • Removed the MP cast cost from all Crafting skills.

Union Wars:
  • Fixed a bug where you were able to take some chests obtained in prior games into the Union War.

Classic:
  • Added double gem visual effect to dual weapons.
  • Edited the Red Cloud and Zuly Storm skills to no longer always stop the player after casting.
  • Fixed the Clan House Extension quests not supporting quest tracking.
  • Fixed the Rudolph and Santa sets being classified as Item Mall items.
  • Increased the duration of the normal and advanced buff scrolls to 30 minutes.
  • Reduced the Attack Power of the Diamond Gem.

Clan Update

Added new clan features, recreated many existing clan features from the ground up, added many tweaks and fixed many bugs. This is the first part of the Clan Update, and we will continue to release more expansions which build upon the new features below.
This part of the Clan Update is the culmination of several months of development throughout 2021 and lays the foundations for our future clan expansions. We're really excited to finally be able to share it with you and we look forward to seeing clans progress and use these new features. We've held back some content with this update as there are key areas of the Stronghold which we'd love to get your feedback on before we unlock other areas, and this content ties into these currently locked areas.

We will be closely monitoring the progress of clans to ensure all activities and objectives are as balanced as possible. There will inevitably be features which need on-going balancing (i.e. something may be too easy to complete, or too hard), and we will be quick to act where possible. Despite our best efforts at ensuring a bug-free release, we do expect issues to show their face with hundreds of clans now having access to this update. We have the ability to disable each part of this update, so where necessary, we may temporarily disable parts of the update whilst we investigate and resolve any issues you may find. If this does happen, we ask for your patience whilst we work diligently to resolve these issues.

One thing we would like to stress, as it could easily be overlooked through the excitement, is that all parts of the Clan Update are interlinked and you are required to complete the progression steps to unlock the full potential of the update, and updates which come after it. For example:
The Classic server receives all of the above changes, aside from the Clan Stronghold and its associated features. The Clan House remains available on Classic for the current time.
