Mining & Harvesting

Mining & Harvesting

Need a break from hacking and slashing your way through monsters? Mining and Harvesting provides an alternate way to farm for items.

[Farmer] Asani in Adventurer's Plains will provide you with the basic tools to start Mining and Harvesting: Harvesting Gloves, a Pickaxe and a Shovel.

If you need a little extra help, she also provides pets to help you mine.

Mining - Ores

Mining & Harvesting

Ores which you can Mine can be found in underground areas (i.e. Goblin Caves). Some Ores may be more difficult to Mine and therefore take longer. Selecting a higher quality Pickaxe will allow you to Mine faster.

To begin mining, select a Pickaxe and click on the Ore. Ores will drop precious stones such as Crystals, Gems and pieces of Ore ranging in quality.

The pieces of Ore you collect can be used in Alchemy Crafting.

Harvesting - Flowers & Herbs

Mining & Harvesting

Any Flower or Herb that you can harvest will have a special sparkling effect surrounding it. Flowers are mainly found in grassy lands (i.e. Adventurer's Plains, Breezy Hills) whereas Herbs are found in desert lands (i.e. Valley of Luxem Tower, Canyon City of Zant).

To begin harvesting, select an appropriate harvesting tool and click on the Flower or Herb. A shovel is required to harvest a Flower and Harvesting Gloves are required to harvest a Herb.

Flowers will mainly drop parts of a flower. For example, Petals or Leafs.

Herbs will main drop parts of a herb. For example, Stems or Roots.

All the pieces you collect from harvesting can be used for Alchemy Crafting.

Alchemy Crafting

Mining & Harvesting

Alchemy Crafting provides a free way to create special Poitions and Ammunition.

To begin Alchemy Crafting, you must first learn the skill by purchasing it from [Farmer] Asani in Adventurer's Plains. Once learnt, it will appear on the Basic skill list.

The required items can be gathered by either Mining or Harvesting. Herb Crates require materials from Harvesting, whilst Ammunition Crates require materials from Mining.

The amount of items in each crate can be seen in the items description.
